Dreams are sacred portals into the unconscious, offering symbolic messages that bypass the rational mind and speak directly to the deeper layers of the psyche. In my work, dreams are not random images, but living communications from the Self, carrying archetypal wisdom, emotional truth, and guidance for transformation.

In a 1-hour dream analysis session, we explore your dreams through a Jungian lens, attending closely to symbols, archetypal figures, recurring themes, and the emotional atmosphere of the dream. Rather than interpreting dreams in a fixed or prescriptive way, we unfold their meaning in relationship to your personal history, nervous system, and current life thresholds. Dreams often reveal what the conscious mind cannot yet name, whether this is unintegrated shadow material, emerging potentials, or invitations toward greater wholeness.

Beyond dialogue-based analysis, I work experientially with dreams. Using active imagination, we gently re-enter the dream landscape in a guided and embodied way, allowing images, figures, and symbols to continue unfolding. Through somatic-based dream work, we track sensations in the body as doorways into the dream’s deeper intelligence, supporting integration rather than intellectualization. I also incorporate guided hypnotic and meditative states, creating a safe container where the subconscious can be accessed without overwhelm.

Over time, this approach helps cultivate an ongoing relationship with the unconscious. Clients often develop the ability to communicate more directly with archetypal figures, inner guides, and symbolic energies within their psyche, strengthening trust in their inner knowing. Dream work becomes not just something we analyze, but a living dialogue that continues between sessions.

For those called to go deeper, I offer extended dream mentorship focused on expanding dream recall, enhancing symbolic literacy, and exploring lucid dreaming and out-of-body experiences. This advanced work is offered through a longer-term container and is best suited for clients who feel drawn to the dream realm as a spiritual practice, a path of individuation, and an ongoing process of self-discovery.

Throughout all dream work, I hold a trauma-informed lens, honoring the pace of your nervous system and the intelligence of your psyche. Dreams open when we feel safe enough to listen, and my role is to help you build a grounded, respectful relationship with the unconscious so its wisdom can be integrated into your waking life with clarity and care.
